How do I delete the statistics to start again?

To delete the statistics you have to delete the saved data but you will also lose the progresses starting from 0

You should have folders for most of your games inside your Documents folder (Start Menu/Documents in WIn 7, it might be inside your Games folder but 99% of mine go into Documents), It will either be named some variation of Flatout or the Publisher (Empire
Interactive?). Within that folder you should be able to find your save file, usually inside a folder with your Gamertag named save.bin, and delete it.

*** this, it should be simple. Time to get rid of microsoft for gaming I think and get a PS3!
