    How do I delete the constant reminder that I haven't completed an accidentally re-opened ...


    How do I delete the constant reminder to complete an accidentally re-started X-BOX Jigsaw without finishing it? I accidentally re-opened a HARD Jigsaw that I had already completed, but didn't work on it. Now, it continuously "reminds" me that I haven't
    completed it. I REALLY don't want to do that hard one again. Thank you.

    DELETING PUZZLES THAT I HAVE COMPLETED

    How do I delete puzzles that I have completed. I haven't been able to delete any. I have done a lot of them and completed groups but still cant figure out how to delete. Please advise how to delete them so I can buy more.

    Challenge Accepted?

    Someone mentioned deleting and re-downloading your profile. I've done the delete & Re-dl, I just haven't completed a challenge with that character since. I figure I'd just do it on a different playthrough if that doesn't work. That & Gunzerking 90 seconds
    are the only achievements left for the vanilla game.

    Sometimes, depending on your email provider, you may have a "recycle bin" (or similar) that deleted emails sit in for some time until they are permanently deleted. I'd give that a look first.

    You could also try contacting Activision, maybe they'll resend you the email:
    support.activision.com/Contact_Us
