    How do I delete cloud storage


    Hi can anyone help me please and thank you.

    Earlier today I downloaded Fable 2 from Live Marketpkace as my disc version no longer worked. But when I tried playing it the game kept freezing up on me and I think my old save files are incompatible as my disc version came with the dlc added to it.

    Now can someone please tell me how the heck I delete from the cloud saves on an Xbox One S?

    I have tried looking at youtube videos with no luck.

    I have tried everything.

    When I go to manage game and settings I clear out and delete the reserve data but when I go into the game I still have this:

    The save files are still in the game and when I go back to manage game and settings it comes up as having 10mb of save data even though before I went into the game it would say there was no save data.



    Please do not give me anything that would wipe all my 360 content from the cloud as I have a lot of 360 game saves I cannot afford to lose.

    I really want to play Fable 2 but it was impossible with those saves in it as it was freezing my game constantly.

    So how do I access tve cloud storage? Because I deleted a few clips from DVR and it still tells me that i dont have space on the cloud? how do I delete the clips from there?

    Before I resetted the console I hit the delete everything option and it still did not work.

    I don’t mean to be rude, but how would deleting saves in the cloud help? I thought Xbox players got an unlimited amount of cloud storage, so I do not see how that would be an issue.

    Hello Mohammed,

    I followed all the steps provided and launched the game again to see that all of the saves were still present. It did not resolve my issue. I have gone into the main screen under options>Account/storage>change storage device>

    and found that ‘Cloud saved games’ is the only option. It would seem that the saves are not being made to my local storage device but to the cloud which is what my original question was about; how do I delete cloud saves? I do not have the option to delete any of these saves while in game or in the settings.
