How do I delete asphalt 9

I have been on YouTube seen the videos and seen other people asking over deleting games from the cloud the videos have said to go on the game delete everything but that is not coming up on my xbox one I have deleted it all I have also tried restarting the game Offline but the game will not load without it being online so would appreciate some help

I would like to clarify, are you pertaining to the asphalt 9 cloud saves?

I have tried turning my xbox of gone on Settings there is no advanced feature nothing like that I have reset my council turn it on and off and it's still saying delete all There is no delete everything

That is all it's saying every time I have reset my xbox restarted it delete all as it says but it is still not coming up delete Everywhere

Yes I want to delete the game from the cloud but I have tried refreshing it a turning my console on and off and it's just coming up with the same thing delete all it is sinking because when I delete the saved game it says delete reserved save which I do and when I go back onto the game is automatically loading where I left off

Choosing the option will only delete the saved data locally. Were you able to let the game sync by launching the game before checking the deletion of saved data option?
