how do i delete a Microsoft account? please please help!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you ant to close an account. Here are the steps you need to perform to deactivate/close account.

Before you close your account, take the time to tie up loose ends, cancel subscriptions, and make sure you don’t leave anything important behind—whether files in your OneDrive, stuff on Xbox, emails in Outlook.com, or more. When you’re
sure you’re ready:

1. Go to
   Close your account and follow the instructions to sign in.

2. Check that the page shows the Microsoft account you want to close, then click
   Next.

3. Read the list, and click the checkboxes to acknowledge you’ve read each item.

4. In the Select a reason drop-down list, choose the reason you're closing the account.

5. Click Mark account for closure.
   
6. Make sure you do not sign into the account for next 60 days. As this will re-activate the account again.

You may remove an account from console by going to Settings-Account-Remove accounts. This will allow you to remove the account you want.

Delete all accounts

You would have to login to each account you want deleted and the follow the steps under https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...-account-c1b2d13f-4de6-6e1b-4a31-d9d668849979

You will need to sign into your account and do this yourself.

There is no way to do this externally for security reasons.
