There are 2 ways to delete a Microsoft account:

1. Microsoft account will automatically be deleted after more than 2 years of inactivity.

2. You can request to manually close your Microsoft account by following the interactive tool using the link below:

Note: Closing a Microsoft account means you won’t be able to use it to sign in to the Microsoft products and services you’ve been using. It also deletes all the services associated with it, including your:

Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, and MSN email accounts

OneDrive files

Xbox Live data and Gamertag

Skype ID and contacts

Office digital perpetual licenses, like Office 2019 Home and Student

NuGet.org account

Account balance, unused Reward points, and Microsoft Certification, including passed exams and associated transcripts.

I don’t think it worked. There is another thing I want to ask. Is there a way to change that gmail account that is connected to the Microsoft account, or is there a way to delete the Microsoft account without being signed in?

Ps, here is how much I don’t remember the account, just think of it as barely existing

They don’t have my information they have some token or XUID of my account and is making a group post from my account I don’t know how to stop them

Deleting old accounts can only be done by closing the email address that was used to open them with. If a Hotmail/Outlook account was used to create these, you need to open the 'Account Details' and then on the 'Overview'
page if you scroll to the bottom of the page the last option is 'Close Account'. Completing this deletes all the data associated with that email. If you used something other than Hotmail/Outlook then you will need to check out the options in your preferred
email account.
