How do I deactivate or disconnect X-box account from my Microsoft account (with same email...

i'm sorry there's no way to remove Xbox from your account or to transfer assets between accounts

I have the exact same thing happening to me. My son has an iPad and wants to play Minecraft with his friend and he needs an x box account for this. We don't have an x box console.

1. I created a Microsoft email for him and attached to my family.

2. I added x box profile to my Microsoft email without any issues

3. I then tried to add x box to my sons account it asks to accept and type in my (the parent) email account.

4. I do this, then put in my password

5. I end up on the "page not found" screen as described above

Tried the support thing suggest but that too just loops through a chat bot which doesn't help then back to the exact same starting page when you ask to talk to someone.

Also tried going into my profile to see if I can my Sons xbox profile from there as suggested but I cant work out how to do that

Hi, I redeemed a gift card through my microsoft account, and expected it to be available on the x-box (one of the devices attached to my account) but it's not available on the x-box. how can I make this available from the x-box?

I changed my email on all my accounts including Microsoft and X-Box. I can log on to all of the accounts, but Microsoft Solitaire Collection still does not connect via X-Box Live.
