    How do I contact Xbox


    Recently I was using the toilet and my brother though it would be funny to change my profile picture and it has lead to a permanent suspension which means I have lost lots of money lots of progress on games and lots of memories from my childhood it has affected me quite a bit because there’s lots of stuff that I’ll never be able to get again there was an appeal but it got denied if anyone knows anyone I can contact or anything I can do it would be appreciated

    it is the store that activates the cards, obviously they did not activate them, therefore a store issue. the manager is just trying to get rid of you.

    You would have to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change the category/topic until you do, but since the cards were bought at Walgreens, they would be the ones who would need to refund them.
