    How do I contact Xbox direct is there a number?


    My sons Xbox account keeps getting suspended and he’s not sure why. He isn’t doing anything against the rules just playing with his friends. It was a new Xbox for Xmas and has been suspended twice now. If he gets another then he will be banned! He’s very upset as you can imagine as he doesn’t know why it’s happening but I can’t seem to find a contact number for support on the issue can anyone help?

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about his suspensions. Support does not handle enforcement issues so they would not be able to give you information regarding suspensions.

    Not sure what country/region you're in but depending on what your Xbox LIVE account region it will show you that region's number.

    You should see a direct number written here. If that doesn't work for some reason, I'd suggest you request a call via this page
    here.
