    How do I contact Xbox about a false suspension


    My account was recently permanently suspended about a month ago say it was for “Pornographic roleplay or sexual conversations Sexual profanity Sexually suggestive imagery” I haven’t even messaged or been in a party for months before that so there’s no possible way I could of done anything like that. I Summited an appeal and it was denied I’ve tried contacting Xbox and they just send me back to the enforcement page. Is there anyway I can contact someone and get my account back??

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and submitting an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    How would I contact Microsoft about a false ban?

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and possibly have a ban lifted. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
