    Just like many of my fellow gamers I sent my console to get fix with all the originals contents in the box, I was supposed to receive an additional email with instructions. Sadly I found it in my spam, to not to put my accessories. But it was too late it was already shipped. This only came to my attention once I received my console. Now I am desperate need of help to retrieve my stuff back, mainly because it's the halo infinite edition controller from the series x collection. Which is very very limited at this time and I know that I will not be able to acquire anytime soon. I also sent my HDMI cord with the power cable as well.

    I have been reading and some fellow gamers have been able to contact the repair center and submit a ticket for the accessories. Where do I do that so I have a chance to retrieve my items.

    My only question and this is me being sincere, why send two emails when everything can be sent in one?

    You don't

    It gets sent back separately via mail

    It can take upto 30 days to get back to you.

    This is why you don't send accessories and read the instructions

    This is not guaranteed

    Xbox Repair, works by contacting technical support, they will send you the form's email. And then you order a day UPC. And then, the Xbox is sent to the nearest authorized service center, for example in a subsidiary country.

    would attempt to repair it and in the event that they are unable to do so, then you would be sent a replacement console in working order. Xbox
