    i recently gat banned thought it was because i referenced a gun i file a case review, they upheld the case and said it was because i was trying to offer give away in a group post. idk what to do i need someone to help me and tell me if there is anything

    how do i contact the reinforcement team

    there is nothing you can do, support cannot help and once a review has been upheld thats it, your done.

    basically if its a perm ban you will need to start over, new account buy all the games again and live, if a temp ban wait it out.

    You only get 1 case review. There is no other way to contact them.

    is there i a way i can re file a case or something because i dont know what i did, what post offended someone, or anything all i know is that the reason i gat banned is because "misused the LFG feature to try and offer giveaways", i really also dont think
    it was fair because i never gat an email i gat banned, i woke up the next day and i gat banned, are you sure there isnt any way i can contact them or make them check my case again.

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.
