How do I contact support when I can't recover my account?

I greatly appreciate you taking your time to try and help me with this issue. My many attempts to contact support were unsuccessful because I have to lie about my issue to even be allowed to chat or speak to a representative. The one time I did speak to someone was when I put in that my account had been hacked as my reason for needing help. I was hung up on before I could finish explaining my issue.

I am currently logged into my account on my xbox and can still access all of my games and can even make changes to my payment options. This is what frustrates me the most. They have locked my account but yet still allow purchases and changes to the payment options.

At this point I'm okay with simply deleting my account and moving on from microsoft. The financial info on the account is outdated and I can handle losing my progress on a few games.

I understand Anthony, I would like to be able to help you a little more but since I am not a Microsoft employee I do not have that authorization, I am just a gamer like you. I hope this problem is resolved and you can regain access to your account.

Let's say the only alternative you have right now is to submit the account recovery form (You mentioned that you have already tried and cannot verify that you are the owner of the account), I have also been through this situation and I can give you some recommendations :

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

then explain to me how my account was hacked and modified. Because if it can't be hacked then how did that happen? I had to contact support and recover it as everything got changed. Support is a joke here.

I tried to recover my account and contacted support for months and never got any help. So I gave up. So the parental account on my 360 I cannot access and can't recover.
