How do I contact Microsoft support? issue with one of my devices going for repair/replacment

Its normal though. I just got back my Elite s2 as well. In your order status where it says item received, theres a note that says your item may not show as received. I never saw that box filled until they sent me an email that it was on the way. If your
tracking number says it was delivered, then it was because they have to sign for it. Anyway, call 1-877-696-7786 if you stil need a piece of mind.

I did the reset and unfortunately I am still experiencing the random shutdown. How do I go about contacting Microsoft about the issue and looking into having it repaired or replaced - unless you know of another option?

I decided to go with a replacement for the duration of the attempted repair after all. I don't have a convinient way of watching movies without it so i thought i give it a try.

Sooo,.. i contacted Support again and asked what i had to do in order to get a temporary replacement, and they told me: No, we just make repairs, we do not give out replacements.

???What the hey??? The last one at support i talked to explicitly informed me of this possibility!

To reach customer support you need to do it trough the support site, then in the contact us section don't select the community forums

Unfortunately you will need to send the controller again to receive a new replacement, you can do that directly without contacting support also, and then you can, in the observations section, mention that is the 4th time

I need to talk to customer support. I've sent in my controller 4 times already. Each time it gets sent back broken and in worse condition that original. Now I can't send it back at all. I rather pay to have it repaired correctly since no one knows how to check the controllers before sending them out. This is bs support to get a broken controller fixed when all they do is send out another broken controller. $180 controller that I can't use.
