How do i contact Microsoft for a uncalled for ban

I've recently been communications banned for literally nothing, withing the details for the ban they have quoted a LFG post i made reading out "Need to do psion stuff legendary" which is an activity i was trying to get teammates for in destiny 2, when I appealed the ban they doubled down and said that i was being banned for these reasons :Need to do psion stuff legendary. This doesn't make sense to me at all and I'm angry to say the least and have had no explanation as to why I am banned

There is no way to get more clarification on what I did wrong? because this is ridiculous, even if I did do something wrong I'm completely in the dark on what that was therefore how am I supposed to avoid making the same mistake again in the future.

Submitting a case review is the only way to possible be unbanned. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you submitted a review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

that didnt help and i know i got banned for tenure problems with was very mean and uncalled for in my opinion. one more question is how am i banned permanently for the wrong tenure but people out there are only getting a week suspension for cheating in games.
how is that fair they are ruining it for everyone else and i had a number on my profile that was wrong?????
