How do i contact Microsoft about an order I placed but dpd didn't deliver?

• If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
  
• Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.

• Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
  
• The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
  
• On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Indeed, I do like DPD as a company.

I cant remember when they give a tracking number though.

My last order delivered by DPD I was able to see for 2-3 days from their hub to my door.

I'm not sure about GAME but having spoke to them last week they use DPD and DPD do usually text you on the morning of delivery with a tracking ID so you can do live tracking.

DPD's tracking is great. It tells you how many parcels the driver has for their route and which number parcel you are and approx how long it should take.

They also give you an estimated 1 hour window that they expect to deliver it in.

I've just got a reply by calling Microsoft Store purchases contact telephone number.

They tracked the dpd courier parcel numbers I advised, and advised that the refund will be made once dpd deliver back to sender, that being Microsoft.

One of the purchases has already been received back at Microsoft.

Its very confusing Microsoft automatically emailing UPS return instructions for something that has never been received in the first place!
