How do I contact Microsoft about an active Repair Order

Been going around in circles trying to find a means of contacting Microsoft, to no avail.

Long story short, I requested a repair order on my Series X a couple of months ago, after an unexpected malfunction. Unfortunately, the past few months have been rough, on the personal side of things, and I only just finally went ahead with the pick-up instructions yesterday - The console was successfully shipped away with the couriers as per Microsofts arrangements, and was handed off to the international shipping company early this morning, great.

So, I log into my Microsoft account, to see if there's any way for me to track how long it will now take for this international shipping company to get the console to Microsoft, and behold a big warning message, informing me the service order will be cancelled if I don't ship the console within 30 days of the initial request - it has been nearly 60 days since then...

Naturally, now I am worried, if the order has been cancelled, what is going to happen to my in transit console... Ideally, I was hoping to simply make contact with Microsoft somehow, to let them know of the situation, and hope they could just ensure the order hasn't been cancelled, or, if so, 'reactivate' the order, or something along those lines.

But, can I find a way to get in touch with MS, of course not.. Which brings me here... Can anyone advise?

Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.
