I was permanently com banned about 5 months ago I want to be able to talk to my friends and teammates on Xbox I can’t file a case review I promise not to do anything I just want my acc back to normal please text 3049649646 on any way to solve this issue

How do i contact the enforcement team

if you don't have any listing and support said it was extended there is nothung you can do

Extensions only happen when more violations were found during the course of the previous investigation

And a 100 day one is pretty bad

The enforcement action must be open currently. It can't be for a past/closed enforcement action.

There's more messages he sent before I told him to go message his [mod removed] teammates.. i shouldn't get a 24 hour ban for that at all.

He should be banned for 72 hours for harassment. He definitely does that to others also. So why isn't he banned??

It doesn't matter how a situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. If you reported the other person, the enforcement team will investigate them as well and take the appropriate action (if they haven't
already). There's no way to know for sure if/when another person is issued a suspension. So even if they didn't get one at the same time you did, it doesn't mean they haven't yet or won't.
