How do I contact enforcement team through email?

Hi, I have been permanently banned on Xbox, the account was banned due to fraudulent activity, there is no fraudulent acts violating this account, I have tried the appeal but it has been denied, is there any other way to contact enforcement team? No as appeal is the only method and you only get one

Submitting an appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they denied it, there is nothing else that can be done.

Banned accounts can’t contact Microsoft like on a phone call or anything and the last times I called them they said they do not have access with suspensions and told me that the only way I can communicate with the enforcement team is through email which I don’t know how to get in contact of the enforcement team

The Enforcement team no longer use this web site the only way they can be contacted is through the
Xbox Enforcement web site.

The enforcement action must be open currently. It can't be for a past/closed enforcement action.
