How do i contact customer support - Microsoft have stolen my replacement faulty controller

My £160 elite 2 controller was faulty and in warranty, sent a first warranty repair request and got a replacement from microsoft. It was faulty so sent a 2nd warranty repair request, returned it but microsoft have closed my warranty request as they think its associated to the first repair request. Even worse is that the replacement is out of warranty. I now have ZERO way to contact the Microsoft. I am sick and tired of wasting my time navigating automated rubbish that simply doesnt work!

So at the moment, Microsoft have stolen MY controller. Disgusting!

Anyone have any idea how to contact Microsoft.

I will try ceo email or failing that start a small claims court action.

Thank you for the info. Please give it one more time but keep saying you need more help till you get to a fellow gamer. Once there ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for more.

Hi thanks but that doesn’t work as I get the dumb default response that the faulty replacement isn’t under warranty and won’t go further, even though my original controller is under warranty. What idiot designed their solution.

Even if I magically get a replacement I’m worried if it develops a faulty they won’t repair it

More lies from Microsoft. Contact customer support regarding this again, show them the link above and they say yes they are replacing the console if they can take a hold on your credit card. In other words they are just offering the advanced exchange again.
More PR lies from Microsoft. Disgraceful, I wouldnt mind but simplygames.com who i purchased the console off are refusing to replace it as well. This is the third faulty Xbox One console I have had. Never had RROD with my 360 but three faulty £400 consoles
is a disgrace and their customer service is appalling.

Will not buy another Xbox product again.
