My son has sold his x box so we no longer need the Xbox live gold account. Earlier this month I thought that I had cancelled the payment and closed the account but the payment has just been withdrawn from my account. How do I contact the accounts dept
to get this account cancelled and my membership refunded.

How do I contact enforcement

I was permanently com banned about 5 months ago I want to be able to talk to my friends and teammates on Xbox I can’t file a case review I promise not to do anything I just want my acc back to normal please text 3049649646 on any way to solve this issue

Unfortunately you can only request a callback or talk to a support agent by live chat. Callbacks only work on Xbox business hours and they have a limit for them.

When on the support page, you can also request to talk to an agent. Keep changing topics and categories until the option to chat with an agent is shown to you.

Here on the community forum we are only users. I hope you understand.
