How do i connect xbox app to console without a monitor?

So I currently don't have a working HDMI port which is why i'm not able to connect my xbox to my monitor that i use. I use the xbox app on my laptop to connect to my xbox and stream the game that way I can still play. It's been working perfectly fine for a while, but now it is saying i need additional authentication on my xbox when i try to connect it from my xbox app, and I dont know how to fix it. I dont have the money to replace the HDMI port , and I dont really know what to do here. It's not like I can go and actually use the xbox by itself without the xbox app so im basically stuck with nothing to do here

Ive reset and everything still no luck. I don't see how it could be my console of the app is doing the exact same thing without having it connected to the console and the app does it on cell data or wifi. This has to be a Microsoft issue right?

I'm not familiar with iMac (desktops) etc, but if it's a monitor that has an HDMI in connection then it might work (if the supported resolutions match between monitor and console)

From a quick search on google, without knowing the exact model number my first assumption is that iMac desktop do Not have any video input connections like HDMI, which makes it impossible to work as monitor for a console.

I can install big games without any problems on Steam, Uplay, Epic etc. Just not on the windows store and the XBOX beta app. How can I check your theory? How can I monitor the network activities from the Windows Store/XBOX beta app?
