Sounds like your just out of range for the controller. The controllers do not use RF they use a proprietary wifi. I believe the rang is about 20ft. You may try updating the controller firmware, and move anything like a wireless access point away from the
console or anything in the 2.4ghz range.

If you’re connected thru Wifi, clear all connections. Do a soft reset, then look for wifi access & try connecting to your router again. I’ve had to do this with my sons console before.

When you hard reset the router , rename your access point. your devices will no longer see the previous wifi connection. no need to delete anything from the devices. when your new wifi network is up , connect the devices as you would normally .

Green dots between xbox 360 and wifi access point also beteween access point and internet. I am connected to the same wify access point from my laptop and it is working without any issues.

I am based out of India, service provider is Airtel.

I tried reconfiguring XBox 360 and my modem(braoadband -betel).

No error codes only red cross mark some times between my wifi ap and internet, some times internet and xbox live.
