    For context I played Rainbow Six Siege a lot in 2021 and I bought creds with which I bought the operator bundle (up to thunderbird, got her with the battle pass), 2 elite skins and various e-sports gun skins. I logged onto Siege yesterday to find that all the operators I had got weren't unlocked, most of the gun skins were gone and the elite skins were gone too.

    I typed this into a message for community gamers (I couldn't find a way to talk to someone at Ubisoft directly) but I had an email saying that my question might have to be sent to a specialist. A hyperlink was attached labelled "Connect with a specialist" but the link leads to an error message as you'll see.
