How do I connect to a human who works for Microsoft?

Please if anyone is reading this, I am a simple guy who loves his xbox1, the past week its been acting been acting up and I need to talk to an advisor as I am not the most technical guy in the world actually I'm really bad hence why I need the help, , I can't afford a new xbox at the moment, My issue is I cannot get through to anyone in xbox or Microsoft, its been ongoing 4 hours now. I have tried different avenues ie been online in both xbox and Microsoft and I keep getting reverted back to here, oh there is a virtual agent but he's having technical difficulties I hope it's not covid. I even rang every number I could think off in several countries and all off them are either no longer working, they are closed, or it tells you to go online to speak to an advisor. Does anyone know anything else they would do in my situation. Stay safe

You would need to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Why are you wasting your time here "helping" people if you seemingly can not read?

"I ORDERED A XBOX DESIGN LABS CONTROLLER, UPS LOST IT, HAVE CONFRIMED TO ME THEYVE LOST IT AND SAID I HAVE TO CONTACT ATHE VENDOR FOR THE REFUND/EXCHANGE."

And the customer services system, do not work....

For others looking for an actual answer, luckily my friend suggested trying Microsoft support, I got through to a Microsoft store customer service robot, who transferred me to a "Microsoft store advocate", who couldn't help and transferred me through to Xbox support, where a lady who couldn't help escalated me to a team who will allegedly get back to me "within the week" by Email.

So there's the work around, Xbox Customer Service is trash and doesn't work, try Microsoft phone numbers instead.
