How do I connect my Playstation 5 to Microsoft

I am having the same problem he is. I am trying to connect my Xbox one minecraft account to my new PlayStation 5 account and it is saying the account is already connected to a PlayStation network account when I have never even owned a PlayStation. How do I unlink the account? And how would I know what account is even linked?

Please note that you can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account that made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

If you can’t get your Microsoft account linked to Minecraft on your PlayStation, try these steps one by one:

Launch Minecraft on your PS4 or PS5 and choose “Sign in with a Microsoft Account.”

A screen will pop up with a code and a link to https://aka.ms/remoteconnect.

On your phone or computer, go to that URL, sign in with the Microsoft account you want to use, and enter the code from your screen.

Once both the website and the game confirm you’re signed in, restart Minecraft.

If you get a message saying your PSN account is already linked to a Microsoft account, that PSN profile is permanently tied to whatever Microsoft account was first used. You’ll either need to recover that Microsoft account at https://account.live.com/acsr or use a new PSN profile and start fresh with your preferred Microsoft account.

If the game keeps looping or won’t sign in at all, try this:

Close Minecraft, go to your PS console settings, then Storage > Saved Data > Minecraft. Delete the user settings file only. This won’t delete your worlds if you’re using PS Plus cloud backup. Then reopen Minecraft and try signing in again.

You can also run a network test from your PlayStation settings to be sure it can connect online. Make sure your Microsoft account is active, not a child account with restrictions, and avoid using a VPN that could block Xbox Live servers.

If nothing else works, uninstall Minecraft, reinstall it from your library, and try the link process again using the steps above.
