How Do I Connect My Linksys Extender through the extender.linksys.com?

Hello Jerrywillson, usually in these cases the extend is connect to the modem/router pricicpa of your residence, it as indicated on the page should be configured as an AP Access Point mode or bridge, only then will it be able to provide IP endertions for the equipment, be it Xbox or another device.

Really? As Extender.linksys.com is not working fine i am also unable to connect my wireless range extender these days to my main Wifi router

Still waiting for a MC Extender app also, still using my 360's and Linksys Extenders because they still work. But if the 1 supported MC through an app I'd probably buy 2 more 1's. Honestly. Lets's go MS! You can do this.

Hrm, This was the best I could find that shows all sorts of IP's:

Hooked up my laptop directly to the ISP's modem last night and was doing speedtests, checking ping. Seeing how performance compared to going through router and direct connect. Not thinking, I went to the 192.168.1.1 to access my Linksys (forgot I wasnt connected
to it). Well, A different Linksys showed up!

So I think my 360 connects through my router, their modem, another linksys router.. and who knows after that. I'm obviously no expert, but I would think all these different modems and routers can't be great for getting a smooth connection to Xbox Live

They still haven't opened this morning, but I'll call them when they do.
