How Do I Connect A Wireless Xbox One Controller To Windows 10?

I have been using an Xbox 360 wireless controller for several years now, on my Windows 10 PC, and use a Wireless Receiver as shown below.

I have just bought an Xbox One wireless controller, and the wireless receiver I was using is not picking it up. I have no idea how to fix this. It picks up my Xbox 360 controller fine, but no luck with the Xbox One controller. For now I have been forced
to use the controller wired, via a usb cable, but I don't want to have to do this constantly as I prefer not having cables lying around, which was the reason I bought the wireless controller in the first place.

If anybody could help me out with this I'd really appreciate it.
