    How do I confirm if my old Minecraft account is migrated to Microsoft, and what should I do...


    I have an old Minecraft username, but I’m not entirely sure if I ever completed the migration from a Mojang account to a Microsoft account. I only have my old username and am unsure if it’s still valid or if I need to use an email address to log in now. I’d like to find out whether my account was migrated, and if not, how I can recover it using the details I have.

    Microsoft sent emails informing you that the migration process was successful. You can search your inbox for any emails regarding this. You can use keywords like "Minecraft," "Mojang," "Migration," or "Your account was migrated."

    Unfortunately, there's no way to do anything with the username, and if you didn't complete the migration process, there's no option to do so at this time. You can find more information here.

    I migrated my minecraft account and even got a confirmation but it never gave me the screen to create xbox profile and gamertag..... I have only the old laucher to log in not through microsoft . How do I get to that since I already own the game?

    Hi Lucas,

    When I log in to the Minecraft website with my current Microsoft account, it says I don't own Minecraft. I do have the confirmation email about the migration, and the confirmation email from when I transferred my Microsoft account.
