As it connects the Wi-Fi and does basic things and loads the online lobby’s and so on but then when you try playing online it’s the laggiest I’ve ever seen

Hi ive tried both of those things and still doesn’t work do I have to wait for the refunded item to go off my Xbox completely and wait till the refunded money goes back into the bank account for me to be able to purchase things again?

Thanks for your replies. That seems like the most logical thing to do, I think. I did try the customer service through the chat feature as well but the agent didn't seem to even understand half of the things. I'll try the N adapter and see if that works.
