How do I clear the xbox one cache if things are very slow loading?

Xbox one didn't have power brick.

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns slow performance on your Xbox One console.

Usually the recommendation to speed up your console performance is to perform a
power cycle on your console. After trying this, and if the issue persists, then attempt to
check for updates on your console. Once this has been attempted, and if the issue is still present, it is then suggested
to attempt a soft factory reset, a reset done while keeping games and apps.

Try this out for us and then let us know the results.

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
3. Plug in the power brick.
4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

In reference to speed:

• Are you referring to games and apps downloading?
• Are you referring to the Xbox system performance?

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Restart your console:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xboxbutton on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xboxbutton on your controller.
   
   Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
