How do i claim this in fortnite?

Please note that Fortnite packs or items redeemed/purchased through the Microsoft website are for the Xbox console version of the game, not for PC. In this case, in order for the pack to appear in Fortnite on your PC, you need to log in with your account on an Xbox console and open the game. This way, the content of the pack will synchronize with your game on other platforms, including PC (and only if your Xbox and Epic Games accounts are linked). Please be aware that this policy is directly imposed by Fortnite and not by Xbox; it is a decision made by the Fortnite team.

you have to load fortnite on xbox console or free using cloud via xbox and make sure your microsoft account is linked with your epic account.

What is probably happening is that the system is taking longer than usual to update but since the purchase is in your history you should have your purchase in the next 24 hours . In the meantime we try deleting the account´s cache as well just to check if the profile was somehow corrupted

Delete account Cache

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

After that, look for your skin pack again.

It says to go to account and redeem something but I can't do it
