How do I claim the warranty on Xbox elite series 2 controller

My elite series 2 rb button doesnt work and i cant find a replacement button how do i fix this

Microsoft knew the controllers were defective and still sold them as a good product. they wont do anything to fix your controller because its most like out of warranty thats why the warranty was so short. The whole elite series 2 was a scam

For the past week i have been tring all the links and processes found on microsofts website but after every attempt to make contact it ends nowhere.

The virtual assist tells me to look on Xbox support page which when I open is not found.

Every time I fill in the “reguest new controller foam” halfway through it sends me back to the last page.

The call me back support tells me “not availble at this time”.

I cant belive for such a massive well now company like microsoft that Contacting them to claim the warranty on a product is such a hard task.

i finally went back to where i Purchased the controller from explain to them what was happening and I’ve managed to get a replacement.

Friend, the products have a 2-year guarantee, you will have to contact Microsoft and open a repair or replacement file.
You will send it and they will return it to you as new.
Enter Microsoft and ask for technical support, they will be very kind and have to wait a few days without control, they take less time than the deadlines they give you.

number, go to the controller replacement request form and enter it in the serial number field at the bottom of the page.
