How do I check my warranty on my Xbox one controller

Unless you purchased a warranty that specifically includes it, drop damage is not covered under warranty

I would recommend the standard Xbox One controller, I had same issue with my Elite controller. Also check and see if your Elite controller is still under warranty.

There're all under warranty but why do 3 controllers have the same fault?

Am I the only person having this problem or is it a common issue?

Do the replacements come with a new warranty or the balance of the original warranty? Eventually any replacement controllers won’t be under warranty if the fault is ongoing.

How do I use my console while waiting for new controllers as the old ones are required to be sent back first?
