    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    Please check your ISP support for IPv6 because not all ISPs support IPv6. Visit your ISP’s website.

    And then check your router compatibilit by logging into your router’s admin panel. Look for IPv6 settings under the network configuration tab.

    If your router supports IPv6, enable it and ensure it's set to Automatic (DHCPv6) or Stateless Address Autoconfiguration (SLAAC). Save and reboot the router.

    Next is to enable IPv6 on Xbox. Press the Xbox button on your controller.

    Navigate to Settings > General > Network Settings. Select Advanced Settings.

    Look for an IPv6 Connectivity option. If IPv6 is active, it will show as "Enabled."

    Then power cycle your modem, router, and Xbox. Turn them off for about 5 minutes, then turn them back on in this order: modem > router > Xbox.

    IPv6 is enabled automatically by the Xbox if you have it. You can only have IPv6 if your internet provider supports it. If you have IPv6 then double-check the router settings. It may need to be switched on. If you do not know how to do this, then you will need to check how either on your router manufacturer's website or the manual it came with.
