    How do I change Xbox live info when using a Xbox Series S?


    I got xbox live to play online MW2 and noticed the profile icon was a one of the old 360 profile pictures (It was the soccer ball if you're curious). But I was wondering if there was a way to change that or any other profile features like that if I'm using a series S?

    How do I change Xbox live info when using a Xbox Series S?

    If you are playing the Xbox 360 2009 version of Modern Warfare 2, then no, you cannot change it, as the game is a 360 game, and so uses the 360 infrastructure.

    If it's the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S 2022 version, then changing your Xbox gamerpic on your profile might change it for you on the game. Or you might have to change it via the Activision site.

    Hi,

    Xbox Live accounts work on Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. Nothing needs to be changed or converted. When you get your Series X or S, all you need to do is sign in with the same account you've used on your 360.

    Well I know you said do not hyperlink, but here's a link on how to change your live account associated with your gamertag.

    If you follow these steps and your gamertag remains unchanged, please let us know what the error is when you do it, or if it's shows successful, but you still have you use your old live account to sign in.
