    How do I change the serial number of the Xbox my Microsoft Complete for Xbox Series X is...


    I purchased Microsoft Complete for Xbox Series X last night but the confirmation email is showing a serial number that is different from the one on my home Xbox. Is there anyway to correct this error or get a refund? I can't get anywhere with MS support.

    GPU problems with Xbox Series X

    Got my Xbox Series X back again today. Completely different serial number than my day one Xbox Series X. Does not match my original retail box. I guess I got someone else's refurbished Xbox this time. Had to set up from scratch and resync my headphones and controller No paperwork or notes stating anything like before. Only a box with a shipping label and an Xbox inside.

    Hello, I have an XBox one refurbished into an X/S ... Will it still be able to play The First Descendant after the game stops working on XBoxONE after June 19 2025?

    Just to clarify, there’s no way to physically upgrade or refurbish an Xbox One into an Xbox Series X or S, they are completely different consoles internally.

    Some people customize the case to look like a Series console, but it doesn’t change the hardware inside.

    You can verify your console model by going to Settings > System > Console info, and then checking your serial number on this page:

    Yup serial number and everything is correct it's a bug or something. A quick Google search will show you a bunch of people having the same issue

    Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 - Hardware issues

    If there is a better working series 2 Elite controller, there would be a new serial number associated with the improved change as a result of a hardware change.

    Can users start documenting on this forum here their serial numbers (or any other details) of the series 2 Elite controller. Hopefully we can monitor when the hardware change occurs.

    However, it would be nice that if Microsoft can keep us updated with any progress or hardware revision.
