    How do I change the Microwave account connected on Minecraft Bedrock on Nintendo Switch to...


    On my Nintendo Switch, I had this Microsoft account connected to it to play Minecraft. Then , I lost it so I made a new one (this was around 2 months ago). Now I have access to the old account again, and would like to reconnect it to my Switch's Minecraft. However, when I tried, it just connected me to the wrong account (the newer one that I made two months ago). This even happened when it showed on the website I was logged in with the old account's email and I got an email on the old account saying it was signed in, even when it wasn't. Is there any way I can resolve this? Would deleting my new account mean I am able to sign back in to the old one?

    So should I ask them the question again but phrased differently? If so what should I say? Or will Microsoft be able to help me?

    What I would like to do is unlink my old account from Minecraft. Is this something you can assist me with?

    Hi,

    I reached out to Mojang after submitting this. They said it was an account problem, meaning that Microsoft will be able to best help me. They also said that the account might have cached to Minecraft. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

    You're correct, what they mentioned is just managing your Microsoft accounts which I can definitely help you with samples are what they mentioned which is to change your Microsoft account details but not change your in-game account details.
