    Please go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Find your Solitaire subscription > Click on Manage > Click Change on the payment page next to “Has recurring billing.”

    Click Change plan to change the subscription length.

    If these options are not shown to you, it means the billing length cannot be changed for the subscription. So you will need to cancel it and subscribe again to an annual billing plan.

    I'm sticking with the length of my gamertag. I've had it for years and don't plan to change it. But I see how changing the amount of characters added could be useful to others. So I am in favor of a change.

    Game gifting is region locked,it does tell you this when gifting a game.

    Even if you've created a French account it wont work as your friends actual location is still in the U.S.

    Only thing you can do is request a refund.You can find out how to do that HERE
