How do I change the language of Elden Ring?

Hello,

I purchased and downloaded the Elden Ring digital version. The default language is English.

I cannot find a way to switch the language to simplified Chinese or traditional Chinese.

Would you please share how to change the language of this game?

I’m in a similar situation. I’m in USA and want to gift elden ring to Mexico but the religion lock won’t let me. Can I change my region to MX while being in the USA? Will that clear everything up? And how do I do that?

Do u know if there will there be difficulties with using my credit card from the US to purchase while my region on Microsoft acc is MX?
