how do i change the email to an Xbox account without changing the email on all other things...

The Xbox account and the Microsoft account are basically one in the same. You cannot seperate them. All of the Xbox purchases and data are forever tied to the Microsoft account and nothing can be transferred to another account.

I need help i changed my email to my xbox account but its still sending all my emails to the old one and it shows the the old as my email instead of my new one on games and when i register for things how do i change this??

You can not change email address if it is linked to a Microsoft email account, @hotmail, @live, @outlook as doing so will delete the email account and all other Microsoft services linked to it.

Hi Alosun, It depends on what you're really trying to do.

You can change the email address (which is your account ID) by creating a secondary email(account) alias, and then making that email your primary email. I've provided a couple links below. All subscriptions, services, gamer-tags, etc. will transfer with it.

If you're trying to just transfer the XBOX gamer-tag (profile as Francia points out) by changing the account, that's not possible without everything from the original account moving to the new account as I mentioned above.
