Yes, I figured it out. For whatever reason, there was an age restriction on my Xbox account, probably for my little brother. Anyway, removing the age restriction and trying again worked for me. Try checking if you have any restrictions at all on
your account (Xbox or Microsoft) and remove them. This should work for you too.

This means that you're still a minor and your content restriction is set up for a specific age restriction.

First, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer linked to yours. If there is, kindly ask the organizer or the adult where you're added as a member and have them manage your content filters.

Also, if there is no organizer and you're seeing "create a family group", you can ask an adult to add you as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family in that way they can manage your content filter.

You can also, repair and reset the Xbox app before attempting to install the game.

Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair > Reset.
