How do I change PEGI settings?

I'm using Xbox cloud gaming on my Samsung smart TV. When I try to open some games [Electronic Arts games], I get a message about PEGI ratings, and a link - https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkld=62076. The link directs me to Microsoft family safety, but I don't know what settings I have to change.

Does it only happen when you try playing EA games? It's possible that your account is still a child account as detected by EA system. Please refer to their support page on the link below regarding parental controls.

I couldn't access the link provided in your post, but if it's not the same make sure you are accessing the one mentioned here => Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support. It would also be best to change he browser in case it still hasn't worked.

Ea has different age requirements for every rating

To play most ea games under pegi 18 or rated m you can play with the minimum age of 13

But pegi is enforced with m rated games

That is their terms of service

They use the birthdate of the gamertag in question which is set on creation not by your windows live Id

That is why they would reject any new birthdate other then the origional

About parental settings being limited to Xbox console that is incorrect

If you choose to change the windows live Id on the gamertag parental settings are still enforced

You cannot remove the parental settings by changing the windows live id

This is info on the parental settings on a windows phone

If he uses the gamertag on Zune and windows phone the parental settings will still apply as the child account is still associated with gamertag

How do you test your NAT now anyway, as everytime i run the network test the box on the right just stays grey and never changes or shows any information whatsoever. It used to after the test show "xbox live up and running" but now nothing???
