Hello KPete2, if the account your child uses to play is your account and it is an adult you will not be able to pass it on to a child.

In order for your second account to be the family organizer you will first have to remove the current family organization and from that second account add the other accounts in the new organization.

Hey there MAX, sorry, but it's not possible to change the primary account holder on a Family Pack. The only way you can do this is do what ngocphi stated above and cancel your Family Pack and re-instate your family pack on the account you wish to be the

Hi, you cannot change the primary account holder once it has been set sorry. You would need to cancel your family pack and purchase a new family pack on the profile you want as the primary account.

When you moved out did you remain in the same region as the primary account holder on the family pack?

It may be that you need the primary account holder to remove you from the family pack and then add you again if you are still in the same region.

There may be a five day wait before the primary account holder can add you again after removal
