Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to your account because you lost access to your registered phone number. If you know your password, but have lost access to some, but not all, of your security info:

1. Sign in to the Advanced security options page of your Microsoft account.

2. Select Add a new way to sign in or verify then choose how you would like to receive security codes.

3. Microsoft will send a security code to the new number or email to confirm. Enter that code when prompted and then select Next.

4. Select and expand the security info / verification option you have lost and select Remove.

5. Select Remove again to confirm.

If the initial steps did not work on your situation, you may submit an account recovery form. Please use this link:

After filling out and submitting the form, please allow Microsoft to review the information that you shared for at least 24-72 hours. Please monitor the contact email address that you used, including the junk and the spam folder for possible response.

Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. i tried to change my phone number because its been a year that I've had a new one and when i tried to change it i got asked for a pin that was going to be sent to my old phone number but i got a option to send a security email to my second email but when i put my information on the email to try and change my number i was told that my information was going to be transferred and i could do anything with my account. I called support and asked for help but i was just told that my account will be locked after 30 days which I don't want. All I wanted to do was change my old phone number to my new one.

Microsoft has suspended my account. I know that my email has been compromised because of the hacker changed my security settings and i cannot do anything, when i go cover my account it says that my account/email dosent exist and i cannot recover it because
