How do i change my minecraft name without waiting 30 days

recently i changed my name to something inappropriate but i did not realise that it was inappropriate until i got banned from a server then looked at the reason ive been told to contact support but no one has helped me and I've been told to ask Mojang then Microsoft and its all been hell can anybody help me at all happened on minecraft java on pc

Someone else can correct me if im wrong, but as far as I am aware there is no way around waiting the 30 days.
