How do i change my goal ???

How do I change my goal on my rewards??? It's been stuck like this for almost a year! I didn't realize every time I spent money, it was giving me points and it was DONATING THEM TO THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS, instead of letting me rack them up. I much would have rather been getting gift cards or putting them to my game pass or something!!! It litterally will NOT let me change it. Every time I click change goal, or refresh it litterally ALWAYS goes back to the stupid donation one. And then I click the reward catalog, it litterally doesn't show me ANYTHING besides the stupid Olympics donation one that won't go away!!!!!! I KNOW this is a mess up because I just made ANOTHER xbox account on my xbox and that one works!!!! That one works perfectly fine! It letsme change my goals, it let's me see the other goals I can choose from and everything!!!! Oh, and I've also downloaded the xbox app/Microsoft app and all that on my phone, it does the same friggen thing for that account!!!!! Ive also tried uninstalling the app on the xbox and reinstalling. Ive been doing everything i can find online to fix it, NOTHINGGGGG. Like, I have spent SOOOO much money on that account, and it's very b . S that I was never getting any of my rewards and still won't let me get any of my rewards!!!!!!! I clearly need some help ughhhhhhhhh

how do you change them? I already changed it on the bungie site, except it only changes it on the site. My goal is to change it on the Halo Reach matchmaking.

If you can do it, following these steps:

1. Visit the Microsoft Rewards page (https://www.microsoft.com/rewards/).
2. Click the Change Target button.
3. Select the goal you want to set and click Save.

If you can't see any other options when you click “Change Goal,” you may have already reached the limit of allowed goals. In that case, you will have to wait until the limit is reset to add a new goal.

I set my goal to the Roblox Digital Card—800 Robux and completed the necessary 12,000 points.

On the Xbox app there is no button to redeem it or link. It doesnt provide me a code in the given information, just legal terms.
