    If you can do it, following these steps:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Rewards page (https://www.microsoft.com/rewards/).
    2. Click the Change Target button.
    3. Select the goal you want to set and click Save.

    If you can't see any other options when you click “Change Goal,” you may have already reached the limit of allowed goals. In that case, you will have to wait until the limit is reset to add a new goal.

    How do I remove my goal for my reward points?

    I checked on the PC and on the Xbox I don't have any goals set.

    So I decided to set a goal and then take it off did not work still got the msg.

    I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.

    You should be able to remove your goal through the Rewards hub on your console or the Rewards website via a Web browser.

    • On your console:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    - Go to the "Profile & System" tab.
    - Select your profile.
    - Select "My Rewards".
    - Press the A button on "My goal"
    - Select "Clear goal"

    • On a Web browser:

    - Go to https://rewards.bing.com
    - Sign in to your account
    - Look for the item the goal is set for.
    - Click on "Remove Goal"

    I'm sorry to hear removing your goal didn't work.
    I've tried changing contact, promotional, privacy, and notification settings with and without a goal, and unfortunately, It had no effect on the messages coming in regarding Reward points.

    In this case, I'm afraid my best advice would be to contact the Rewards Support team to see if there's anything they can do to help you opt out of these messages. This can be done by clicking on the "Contact Microsoft Rewards Support" at the bottom of the Rewards website.
