How do I change my gamertag via browser?

I linked my Microsoft account to my Minecraft (on the Nintendo Switch) and it stuck me with a random gamertag. I have no clue how to change it since I don't own an Xbox.

While there were some guides saying how to change the gamertag via browser, I followed the instructions and still could not find where to change it.

I was able to get to the page for changing my Gamertag by following the link in the guide on the Support site.

I'm not sure you can do it from a browser, but here are the steps to complete the process from your console.

Follow the steps below to change your Gamertag on your Xbox One.

1. Press the Xbox button on your Xbox One controller.
2. Press the LB button four times.
3. Select your profile from the list of profiles.
4. Choose My profile.
5. Choose Customize profile.
6. Select the tile with your Gamertag.
7. Enter your preferred Gamertag.
