    How do I change my details? Login, email.


    I’ve been hacked and received an email stating they’ve got all my personal details. They taken all my in game purchases such as skins, they taken a payment from my bank account. I need to change all my details how can I do this! Please help

    What to do if my email has been used to make 2 Xbox accounts?

    The thing is I don’t have access to the email used when creating the original Xbox account, the account was created around 9 years ago and my email has changed from the one used on my Xbox account. It was never an issue as the password was always working. I do have access to the recovery email but there hasn’t been an email there detailing security changes. What should I do moving forward? Im not sure how to cancel my Xbox game pass subscription as I can’t login to the original account to cancel it.

    Go to your Dashboard and click on your avatar. Then go to " Managae Account " After that go to where it says " Your Information " and click Windows Live ID. After that, click change Windows Live ID and your good to go.
